We've hit a bit of a brick wall. Amtrak called last night to let us know that they have canceled all trains in the Houston to New Orleans corridor indefinitely. They won't even have a timetable until Friday, and we just don't have that kind of time to spare. Kam needs to be on a plane to Pakistan soon.
Looks like we'll be finding alternative modes of transportation.
Oh no! CS and Craigslist sometimes have ride shares, that might be a more economic solution than Greyhound, or maybe there are shuttles between major cities.
